Momentum without Borders is a new virtual choir program designed to engage adults with disabilities, anywhere in Canada. We will conduct choir practices online, weekly, encourage social networking, cognitive enrichment, and conduct our program under the principle of Music Therapy. The program is run through Zoom, an online meeting platform. The members will receive a teaching video which they can use to rehearse with at home, on their own time, as well as weekly email updates on choir activities and news. Through our program members have cultivated life-long friendships, found inspiration, purpose, cognitive ambition, and personal fulfillment. We are an active, friendly, and inspiring group of people who love to sing – and we do it well (after rehearsing, of course)!
